Shipping policy
At Bookish Things, every item is made to order especially for our customers through our trusted print partners. Because of this, processing and shipping times may vary depending on the product and destination.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days before shipment. During high-volume periods, holidays, launches, or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times after processing:
- Canada: 3–10 business days
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 7–21 business days
Please note that shipping estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by customs, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
Multiple Packages
Some orders may arrive in separate packages. Because our products may be fulfilled by different printing partners or facilities, items ordered together may ship separately and arrive at different times.
Customs & Import Fees
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or additional fees charged by their country. Bookish Things is not responsible for these charges.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Bookish Things is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
