Chaos

Chaos serves as the Keeper of Courage.

When dragons require understanding, they may seek Nyx. But when dragons need to stand back up, they seek Chaos.

She is the dragon who reminds others that survival is not weakness. It is strength in motion.

Few dragons within the Thunder possess a presence quite like Chaos. She arrives loudly, laughs freely, challenges assumptions, questions rules, and creates trouble with alarming efficiency. Yet somehow, she leaves every place she visits better than she found it.

Many mistake Chaos for fearlessness. They are wrong.

Chaos knows fear intimately. She has simply never allowed it to make her decisions.

The stories surrounding Chaos are numerous. Some speak of battles survived. Others tell of hardship, illness, loss, cruelty, heartbreak, and the long exhaustion of rebuilding again and again. Chaos rarely discusses these stories unless they might help another dragon. She does not wear survival as a trophy. She carries it as proof that tomorrow remains possible.

Among the Thunder, dragons seek Chaos when something must be done. When someone must be defended. When the road ahead feels impossible. Chaos is already lacing up her boots before the conversation ends.

Though often described as fierce, Chaos’s greatest strength is her capacity for love. She gives pieces of herself away every day: time, energy, support, encouragement, laughter, and hope. The gifts are offered freely.

Chaos is especially protective of children, animals, the vulnerable, and the overlooked. It is widely believed that Grimm and Kolya became members of the Thunder because Chaos refused to leave them behind. Whether she found them or they found her remains a matter of ongoing debate.

Chaos enjoys encouraging this debate.

She is not fearless.

She is brave.

And there is a difference.
